1. Assessments
- Cultural Assessments - Assess the existing culture of the organization
through interviews and surveys. Can be used to understand the current
leadership style(s) and to identify key obstacles to improving performance.
- Values Assessment - The Values Assessment is used to determine the degree
that individuals understand and live the current corporate values and
day-to-day behaviors. It may also identify the need to add an additional
value and ensuing behaviors to the current list.
- Leadership Assessment - This is a 360 degree assessment tool that provides a
detailed report on how well each of the organization's leaders are performing
against the principles discussed in the Leadership Advantage model. The tool
gathers feedback from the leader, the leader's manager, the leader's peers,
and the leader's subordinates.
2. Workshops - Both on site and public workshops are available to address the
following topics and organizational needs:

3. Leadership Coaching
One on one and group leadership coaching can be provided to address ongoing
leadership concerns.
4. 4 1/2 Day Intensive Process
All of the concepts and tools of the Leadership Advantage model can be
delivered in a compact, intense 4 1/2 day session. The result of this
session includes: leadership assessments completed, organizational vision and
values identified, Balanced Scoreboard in place, and the delivery of a two
day Leadership Advantage Workshop. Everything your organization needs to
